The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Kairos AI Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The W2E name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Kairos AI Tech. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
W2E is a food discovery tool. We do not operate, control, or endorse any restaurant, food establishment, or venue displayed in the Service. Always verify restaurant details (hours, menu, allergen information) directly with the establishment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAIROS AI TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kairos AI Tech is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
